SALON’S POLICY

1. Appointments and Walk-Ins

  • We encourage booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Please arrive 5 -10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and service selection.
  • A $ 50 deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit can be made by cash or card at the time of booking. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit may be forfeited as per our cancellation and no-show policy.

2. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service, depending on availability. This ensures other clients are not inconvenienced.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

5. Refunds and Re-Dos

  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered. I f you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly offer a complimentary touch-up.
  • Nail extensions and services with shellac polish are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of service. If you experience chipping, lifting, or any other issues during this period, repairs will be provided free of charge.
  • If you are not satisfied with the nail color you chose and wish to change it, we offer a 50% discount on the color change service. This applies only if the request is made within 48 hours of the original service. The discount is valid for one color change per original service.

6. Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service. This helps us ensure your safety.
  • We maintain strict hygiene standards, including sterilizing tools and using disposable items where appropriate.

7. Children and Pets

  • For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service.
  • Pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of service animals.

8. Personal Belongings

  • We recommend keeping valuables at home. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

9. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of service and are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.

10. Payment

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Tips are appreciated but not required and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, being disrespectful to staff, or presenting any health concerns that may affect the safety of the service.
